The Chair-person Mr. H. Gibbs Loweal, presented on "Chain of Command and Its Importance in an Organization growth "  His presentation was illustrative followed by scenarios. He informed participants at the retreat, where the issue of chain of Commend is follow there will be an improvement of outcomes for  LBNM and its stakeholders. In his closing remark, he stated that there is a need to have more of these retreats on a regular basic at the cluster or office level.

Mrs. Cecelia C. Kpangbala-Flomo spoke on LBNM Policy Implementation as a tool for organization growth. The retreat came to a critical time during the registrar deliberation on the LBNM policy and implementation.

The Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery (LBNM) holds two days Staff retreat, January 21-22, 2022. The retreat provides a good opportunity for staff to understand each other, reflect on the working relationships network, which leads to team building and cohesion. Most importantly, retreat was conducted to review achievements, reflect on the working modalities and to plan for the work ahead. The retreat was a resounding success that sharpened focus and cohesion among staff, addressed client managerial and administrative issues as well clarified priorities focusing on national mandate
