State Board Examination Procedures

Below are outlined procedures for various State Board Examination

State Board Examination and Licensure

1. Complete Accredited Nursing / Midwifery School
   
   
2. Accredited Nursing/Midwifery school present you name to the Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery (LBNM)
   
   
3. Deposit a registration and course amount of US$90.00 with LBNM
   
   
4. Present two white background passport size photos
   
   
5. Fill in the State Board Exam Registration form
   
   
6. Be present to write the Nurse or midwifery Exam
   
   
7. If passed, deposit an amount of US$115.00 with LBNM for result comprising of (Certificate, transcript, Cardex card & first license)
   
   
8. if fail, wait  for resitter.

State Board Examination for Nurse-Anesthetists

1. Complete Accredited Nurse-anesthetic school / program
   
   
2. Accredited Nurse anesthetic school /program present name of candidate to the Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery (LBNM)
   
   
3. Deposit a registration and course amount of US $25.00 with LBNM
   
   
4. Present two white background passport size photos
   
   
5. Fill in the State Board Exam Registration form
   
   
6. Be present to write the Nurse-anesthetic Exam
   
   
7. If passed, deposit an amount of US$90.00 with the LBNM for result comprising of (Certificate, transcript, Cardex Card and first license)
   
   
8. If fail, wait for re-sitter.
   
   

Kindly note that all related association fee is not included in the amount above, therefore association related fee will be deposited directly into the association's account and bank slip be presented at LBNM.
