William Peacock OAM Scholarship 2025 – Empowering Future Nursing and Midwifery Leaders

As we mark World Polio Day, a global reminder of Rotary’s unwavering commitment to eradicating polio and improving health outcomes worldwide, it’s also a perfect time to celebrate the power of education, compassion, and service — the very values that define Rotary’s mission.

The William Peacock OAM Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications!

This meaningful initiative was established through a partnership between Davaar Consultancy Training & Development and Global Nurses and Midwives Rotary Club (GNMRC) to support the continuing education and professional development of third-year nursing and midwifery students.

Eligibility Criteria:

Currently in their third year of nursing or midwifery studies and living (for this year) in India, Malawi, or Liberia (chosen randomly during DG Visit).

Demonstrates academic excellence, motivation, and leadership potential

Shows compassion, integrity, and dedication to the profession

Has a clear plan for how the scholarship will assist in completing their studies

Willing to engage with the Rotary community by attending at least two GNMRC meetings
