Using the performance standards and verification criteria, assessors should document observations and provide constructive feedback appropriately. The tool has performance areas and verification criteria. Observations are documented by numerical scoring. Each verification criterion is scored using assigned weighted points when it is achieved and 0 points when it is not achieved.
