International Competitive Bidding for Customized Office Furniture and Fixtures<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong>Introduction\/Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery (LBNM) envisions itself to be the ultimate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

authority in regulating the nursing and midwifery professions in the Republic of Liberia and to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

lead nursing and midwifery development to their highest level of excellence for the health and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

safety of the Public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LBNM has received funding from its Internal Revenue and intends to apply portion of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

funds to make payments for supply of new Customized Office furniture and fixture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LBNM now invites sealed Bids from all eligible and qualified vendors for the supply of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

office furniture and fixtures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are requested to provide best offer to the LBNM no later than March 26, 2026 <\/strong>@ 17:00pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liberia time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong>Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices must be quoted in United States Dollars or its equivalent in Liberian Dollars and net of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

taxes and duties and other associated cost for delivery to site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong>Validity Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bid must be valid for at least six weeks following submission and the prices must be fixed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

during the validity period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Delivery Site and Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The services shall be delivered at the LBNM, Slakpawein, Margibi County, Liberia, office upon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

request or as indicated in the relevant purchase order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Customized Office furniture and one (1) year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

fixture shall have warranty period of at least6. Evaluation of Bids<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purchaser shall evaluate bids as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Completeness of bids;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Substantial conformity to stipulated technical specifications and schedule of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

requirements; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Financial examinations, which include correction of discrepancies between the unit and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

total prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.<\/strong>Qualification Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All participating bidders must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Current and Relevant Business Registration<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Valid Tax Clearance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Must be able to Pre-Finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) One year warranty period as applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.<\/strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

100% Payment for the services shall be made following the delivery and acceptance of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

service and receipt of certification of completion of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sealed bids must be submitted in protected soft copies <\/strong>through email upon receipt of these bids<\/p>\n\n\n\n

beginning February 12, 2026 @17:00pm Liberia Time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Bids will be rejected and return unopened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
