The Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery (LBNM) is the ultimate authority in regulating the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
nursing and midwifery professions in the Republic of Liberia and progressively leads nursing and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
midwifery development to their highest level of excellence for the health and safety of the public.

The mission of LBNM is to protect the public’s health and safety by providing reasonable assurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
that the people who practice Nursing and Midwifery are competent and ethical practitioners with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
necessary knowledge and skills required by their titles and roles under the laws of Liberia.

LBNM is an Autonomous Regulatory Body that works with other partners and stakeholders in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Republic of Liberia.

LBNM seeks to recruit a qualified Liberian professional to serve as M&E Manager<\/strong>. The M&E<\/p>\n\n\n\n Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of LBNM\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting systems. The role ensures that LBNM<\/p>\n\n\n\n programs\/projects, regulatory functions, inspections, examinations, accreditation, licensing, CPD, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n digital initiatives are systematically tracked, measured, and improved in line with national standards,<\/p>\n\n\n\n international best practices, and LBNM\u2019s strategic objectives. The position strengthens evidence-<\/p>\n\n\n\n based decision-making, accountability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across nursing<\/p>\n\n\n\n and midwifery regulation in Liberia. Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n EDUCATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Bachelor\u2019s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Social<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sciences, Public Administration,<\/strong> or a related field from a recognized\/accredited institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc A Master\u2019s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Statistics, Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n Studies, or a related discipline is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring and<\/p>\n\n\n\n evaluation or performance management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Experience in regulatory bodies, health sector institutions, quality assurance systems, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n development programs is highly desirable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Demonstrated experience in data systems, evaluations, and performance reporting.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Strong understanding of results-based management, M&E frameworks, and data quality<\/p>\n\n\n\n assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Knowledge of health systems regulation, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Familiarity with Liberia\u2019s institutional and public-sector context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Strong analytical and quantitative skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, databases, dashboards; additional<\/p>\n\n\n\n M&E software is an asset).<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Ability to translate data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00fc Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at national and sub-national levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n LBNM is an equal opportunity employer.
